Jessica's post below reminded me of how much I miss having a proper kitchen (one which doesn't have a washing machine in lieu of an oven) to whip up my most favourite breakfast (or lunch, or dinner), huevos rancheros. These pictures were taken last year, whilst I was blissfully cooking up a storm in the good old Locke Street kitchen. Sigh - I miss avocados, tortillas, and four-burner stoves.
